Funding request (non-travel)

Please remember that administrative processes might take a while and submit your request at least 4-6 weeks before the planned expense.

The following information is needed, depending on the category:

  • Workshop/conference organization: Please name all co-organizers.
  • Data purchase/experiment: Please describe the planned project, how it fits with your CRC project and name any co-organizers.
  • Submission/membership fees: Which paper do you submit? Has it already come out as a CRC DP?
  • Dissertation printing: Date of defense; title; supervisors; total number of copies (number of copies for the defense, if applicable: additional copies for submission to dean's office and/or university library).


This form is to request funding of non-travel related expenses, there is a different form to apply for travel funding.

You should inform him/her beforehand, even though we will send an email and ask for approval.
Please indicate the name of the project leader who approves your funding request.
Please provide the email address of the project leader, an automated email will be sent for approval.
Please provide all relevant details and list the estimated costs by category in the comments box.

If applicable, please indicate the name of the institution that will partly reimburse the costs.
If the costs will be partly reimbursed by another institution, please indicate the name of this institution and the amount.
